Description

Our Public Sector Client located at Place du Portage is seeking a team player to fulfill a 1 month contract that offers a strong possibility of extension.

Applicants MUST have experience working for PWGSC.

Compensation details for this position are as follows:

  • $20.00/hour
  • 4% Vacation Pay
  • Statutory Holiday Pay

Duties

  • Coordinating  day to day activities for management
  • Assisting the manager with advisory services
  • Management of invoices and contracts
  • Organize, manage and control a Director’s agenda      
  • Manage travel arrangements and reimbursements for team using EMT/OBT
  • Organize team meetings
  • Conduct preliminary research for the team on various elements
  • Back up the administrative team members during absences
  • Manage the preparation of report requests by Directors
  • Manage SRMS request and follow-ups for team

Qualifications

  • Experience in coordinating a manager’s day to day activities
  • Experience with assisting managment regarding advisory services       
  • Administrative support experience, including managing a Director's agenda
  • Strong SAP (SIGMA) experience
  • Knowledge of CCM Mercury
  • SRMS request and follow up experience
  • Experience working with invoices and contracts
  • Experience using EMT/OBT for travel arrangements and reimbursements
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solid researching skills
