Description

Our government client is seeking a bilingual program administrator with previous knowledge and experience in the industrial security program.

Duties

• Provide support and recommendations to senior management staff
• Review incoming documentation and assess completeness against standard using the Industrial Security Manual as a basis and Standard Operating Procedures
• Performing data retrieval and compilation functions
• Answer questions on the Industrial Security Program
• Create, maintain and complete organization files
• Update status reports using Excel and DISIS
• Manage a bring forward system and make recommendations to management and create correspondence for those recommendations
• Corresponding with private sector organizations using telephone and email
• Candidates must have Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary school diploma
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a degree or post-secondary diploma in Social Sciences, Commerce and Law  or Diploma of College Studies in a security field (i.e. Security Management, Corporate Security and Risk Management)  

Experiences:

• Experience in preparing written correspondence in response to a variety of inquiries
• Candidates must possess a minimum of two (2) years in research and analysis
• Strong communication skills; communicate effectively and interact positively with clients by demonstrating active listening skills and conveying information clearly
• Experience in providing advice, analysis and recommendations to Management
• Experience in providing client-service to a broad range of clients (*broad*= more than two different types of clients)
• Experience working with the Industrial Security Program and the procedures if the Industrial Security Manual
