Qualifications
- Call centre or related Customer Service Experience, minimum 1 year, preferred 3 or more years
- Bilingual
- Reading and writing proficiency
- Ablilty to adapt to frequent changes
- Telecommunications (home phone, internet, wireless, long distance) industry experience (asset)
- Professionalism
