Our government client is seeking a Records Management Clerk with Secret clearance.
· Review classified documents and generate meta-data profiles of the documents.
· Catalogue and store documents based on approved SOPs.
· Develop and maintain cataloguing operating procedures and guidelines.
· All tasks will be completed with the supervision and input of the DAVPM 5 Knowledge Management personnel.
· Liaise and consult with DAVPM 5 personnel and Subject Matter Experts to best describe and catalogue documents.
· Place of Employment: Contractor will work on site.
· A permanent cubicle will not be assigned.
· Current SECRET status and Canadian Citizenship.
· Min of 3 positive references (min 2 professional); and
· Copy of CV.
· Experience working with Microsoft Access 2003 and Microsoft Excel 2003.
· Experience sorting and cataloguing hard copy documents.
· Experience sorting and cataloguing electronic documents.
· Knowledge of technical military concepts, terms, and acronyms related to armoured vehicles and survivability.· Weekly progress/status updates.
· Metadata document profiles entered into document management system.
