Description

Our government client is seeking the services of a Finacial Management specialist with Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in providing financial advice to Senior Management on financial management (e.g. budget development and management, policy interpretation, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years experience in conducting all planning and reporting requirements for the Government of Canada Expenditure Management Cycle (e.g. Estimates, ARLU, DPR and Public Accounts).
• Minimum 3 years experience in reporting under the Treasury Board Accounting Standards (e.g. TBAS 1.2)
• Minimum 3 years experience in providing accounting operations services (e.g. trial balances, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account verification, etc)
• Minimum 3 years experience in providing advice on key Government of Canada policies related to Finance and Administration (e.g. hospitality, contracting and travel).
