Description

Our government client is seeking the services of an Administrator with Enhanced clearance.

Duties

  • Composing correspondence.
  • Preparing reports and replies to requests for information.
  • Planning, administering and tracking projects.
  • Developing and implementing procedures, processes and policies.
  • Inputting and updating changes to meeting and appointment schedules.
  • Arranging for telephones, e-mail accounts and furniture for new personnel.
  • Multi-tasking many projects at the same time.
  • Working in a team environment.
  • Providing client/customer service.
  • Communicating effectively orally and in writing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience is required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience working in a team environment.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience in writing and/or understanding contractual terminology.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience in providing client/customer service.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience in construction practices.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience in writing and understanding scopes of work.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience with health and safety procedures.

Education:

Successful completion of two years of secondary school is required.

Successful completion of courses in administration (business, office, public, etc), financial management, business or related field, at the secondary school level or from a recognized post secondary institution, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
