Our government client is seeking the services of an Administrative Assistant with Secret clearance.


  • Minimum 2 years experience in using Outlook, CCM Mercury, MS Excel within the past 5 years.
  • Knowledge of recent Treasury Board Guidelines relating to hospitality, Domestic and International Travel; 
  • Minimum 2 years experience assisting with the organizing of events, interdepartmental meetings and briefings (including arrangements for hospitality and room rentals);
  • 1 year experience preparing Ministerial Correspondence within the last year
  • 1 year experience preparing QP notes and ATIP requests within the last year
  • Minimum 5 years experience using computer applications such as MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, recent
  • 3 years of experience on applying the Financial Administration Act
  • Must be willing to work extra hours (early mornings/evenings) when key events are being held.
  • Overtime may be required on short notice
