Duties

Analyzing, processing, researching and preparing responses to sensitive ATIP requests.

Providing recommendations regarding the exemption or exclusion of information to be released.

Reviewing sensitive/complexed files.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of relevant experience is required in processing, researching and preparing responses to sensitive ATIP requests in an ATIP office.

Minimum of five (5) years in redacting large complex Access to Information requests. 

Redaction means severing the precise portions which are eligible under the Access to Information Act to be protected, after evaluating all the arguments for this protection and interpreting the information.
