Process personnel security screening requests, at all levels for departmental and industry clients.
Analyze information received from different partners, including RCMP responses, CSIS and Financial reports.
Maintain electronic and manual filing system, including a BF system.
Retrieve information from different databases when processing security screening requests.
Communicate with Security officials, on a daily basis by phone and/or in writing.
Prioritize workload in a fast paced environment.
Candidate is required to meet performance objectives. Performance Objectives.
M1 | Minimum Mandatory Qualifications: |
M2 | Candidate must have five (5) years experience in assisting and communicating in person, by phone and in writing with the general public. |
M3 | Candidate must have five (5) years experience in the use of micro computers and related software such as MS Office, Word Perfect and Lotus. |
M4 | Candidate must have five (5) years experience in a client service environment. |
M5 | Candidate must have two (2) years experience (within the last 3) working in a team environment |
M6 | Candidate must have six (6) months experience (within the last year) maintaining an electronic and manual filing system. |
M7 | Candidate must have six (6) months experience (within the last 2 years) conducting preliminary checks related to security and six (6) months experience (within the last 2 years) liaising with security officials on matters relating to security screening. |
