Description

LAC requires Records Management Clerks to start approximately April 11 2016 (flexible) to March 10, 2017.

Duties

·         Arranging and coordinating sources of information, preparing and printing lists of material to be sorted

·         Arranging and coordinating sources of information, preparing and printing lists of material to be sorted

·         Using electronic support systems

·         Researching internal and external sources to resolve difficult problems in processing or conformance

·         Applying quality control guidelines to verify compliance

·         Update and maintain tracking or reporting tools

·         Assisting in report preparation and projects requiring analytical skills

·         Consult with Project Coordinators / Managers as needed

·         Report daily performance activities with provided tools

·         Lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds each, on a daily basis

Qualifications

Education:

  • Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience is required

Experience:

 

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing records management services is required
