Our government client is seeking the services of an administrative specialist with enhanced reliability security clearance.


  • Experience in providing a wide range of administrative support to management.
  • Experience in providing reception services such as answering phone calls, forwarding calls and inquiries to the correct person or group.
  • Experience in providing guidance and direction on requirements and deadlines for a variety of requests.
  • Experience in processing regulatory impact analysis paperwork and reports.
  • Experience in administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, preparing documents for meetings, etc.
  • Experience in editing and verifying correspondence or reports, formatting various documents, reports and materials.
  • Experience in at least three of the following software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, electronic mail system, electronic calendar system and correspondence tracking system.


  • Experience and knowledge relating to airport zoning regulations.
  • Experience in processing regulatory impact analysis.
