Our gpvernment client is seeking the services of a Bilingual Administrative Assistant.


  • Co-ordinates product manager's schedules, directs the flow of information coming into and going out of the unit and assists managers and staff to identify and choose travel options.
  • Provides logistical support for meetings (scheduling, rescheduling, distribution of agenda and briefing material, minutes and other servies); and assists in the preparation of reports, briefings and documentation.
  • Screen queries (in-person, by telephone or electronically) and incoming documentation, directs to appropriate Sector/Directorate/work Unit managers and staff; and provides clarification when required and general support services.
  • Uses Department / Sector procedures to establish reference systems for tracking and retrieval documents and information; and maintains an inventory of Unit assets.
  • Completes approporiate documents to request action on behalf of the manager; contacts Department experts, managers and staff to obtain clarification of various issues; and follows-up on all requests


  • Must demonstrate 1 year of experience maintaing a filing system for tracking and retrieval of documents
  • Must demonstrate 1 year of experience with tracking system
  • Must demonstrate 1 year of experience coordinating and maintaining a tracking / BF system, preparing/maintaining, monitoring reports.


Successful completion of tywo years of Secondary school is required
