Our government client is seeking the services of a Bilingual Executive Assistant with Enhanced Clearance.


Responsible for coordinating the various demands placed on the Director ensuring the most effective participation to meetings and events attended by the Director. The resource liaises with the offices of Senior Departmental Management to clarify requirements and resolve scheduling conflicts.




In addition to the minimum experience required by the classification and level of expertise, the potential candidates must also demonstrate experience in the following:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience (within the past 5 years) as an Admin. Assistant/excutive assistant to Senior Management
  • Experience using Office Automation tolls, including word processing, spreadsheet and electronic mail.


  • Secondary school diploma is required


  • Provide excellent client service orientation.

Tasks - Deliverables

  • sets priorities for processing correspondence, electronic messages and other requests for actions.
  • monitors requests originating from the Directorate and from the client ensuring timely and quality responses.
  • composes written responses for review by the Director, assist in the development, editing and proofreading of documents submitted for the approval of the Director.
  • must exercise tact and judgment in welcoming visitors, in answering telephone calls and in responding to electronic messages.
  • prioritize incoming tasks and establish/manage "Bring Forward" tasks.
