Description

Our government client is seeking the services of a Financial Management Contractor with Enhanced reliability security clearance.

Duties

  • Involved in planning, development, analysis, management and delivery of departmental financial services in the area of departmental integrated financial and materiel management systems (Oracle Financials);
  • planning, configuring, developing, testing, implementing new modules/functionality for the department’s integrated financial and materiel management system (Oracle Financials);
  • maintaining the department’s integrated financial and materiel management system (Oracle Financials);
  • developing and maintaining functional systems documentation, and user training material, delivering user training;
  • perform research / troubleshoot to correct errors in the integrated financial and materiel management system (Oracle Financials);
  • writing financial management and statistical reports;
  • providing information to departmental management concerning the department’s integrated financial and materiel management system (Oracle Financials);

Qualifications

Education:

 Minimum is a university degree (business administration/finance/accounting/commerce). 

Skills and Experience: 
  • Minimum of 6 months of functional experience developing, testing and maintaining Oracle Financials GL, AR, AP modules (version 11i or higher);
  • Minimum of 6 months of functional experience developing, testing and maintaining Oracle iExpense (version 11i or higher);
  • Minimum of 6 months of functional experience defining/configuring and testing system security in Oracle Financials (version 11i or higher);
  • Minimum of 6 months of functional experience supporting Oracle Cluster Group solutions (Receiver General Interfaces);
  • Minimum of 1 year of functional experience supporting or developing Oracle Financials 11i or higher in a large public sector geographically dispersed organization with users in several provinces. 

Asset Requirements:
  • Experience using ClearQuest change management software;
  • Masters degree.
